Live the dream and experience the Riviera sunset off the coast of Cannes on a classic sailing yacht with renowned photographer Carl Thomson
Not only will we photograph you onboard this beautiful yacht but we will also take another boat with us to photograph you on the yacht from the sea, capturing the ultimate romantic images for you to treasure for a lifetime.
Captain Alex will navigate the water’s surrounding the Iles de Lérins, with a stunning view of the setting Sun over the Esterel National Park on the far side of the bay, for the ultimate romantic experience.
Package Includes;
Full trip and photography consultation via Zoom with photographer Carl Thomson (highly recommended for proposal shoots)
Three and half hour sailing trip with the final hour at sunset, leaving and returning to the Port of Cannes

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONE-HOUR PHOTOGRAPHY SHOOTS
By booking a photography session with Carl Thomson, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Payment
1.1. A deposit of 995€ is required to secure your booking.
1.2. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and a signed agreement.
1.3. Payments can be made via [bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted payment methods].
1.4 Final payment to be made in cash on day of shoot.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
2.1. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be rescheduled subject to availability.
2.2. Cancellations within 72 hours of the shoot are non-refundable.
2.3. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, travel restrictions), Carl Thomson reserves the right to reschedule or offer a full refund.
3. Location and Time
3.1. The shoot will take place at an agreed-upon location within the French Riviera region. Locations outside this area may incur additional travel fees.
3.2. The session will last 3.5 hours, starting promptly at the scheduled time. Delays caused by the client may result in reduced shoot time.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1. The client is responsible for ensuring timely arrival and readiness for the shoot.
4.2. If specific shots or themes are desired, they must be communicated in advance.
5. Delivery of Images
5.1. Edited high-resolution images will be delivered within 14 days after the clients selection has been made via an online gallery.
5.2. The number of final images provided will be 30, selected by the client in a private online gallery
5.3. Additional edits or extra images may be requested for an additional fee.
6. Copyright and Usage
6.1. All images remain the copyright of Carl Thomson.
6.2. The client receives a personal-use license for the final delivered images. Commercial use requires prior written consent.
6.3. Carl Thomson reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
7. Liability
7.1. Carl Thomson is not responsible for adverse weather conditions, restrictions at the chosen location, or any other factors beyond his control.
7.2. In the unlikely event of equipment failure or loss of images, Carl Thomson’s liability is limited to a full refund of the shoot cost.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France, and any disputes will be resolved in court.
